Instructions

1. Store your pattern, fabric, and notions in the garment bag; hang it or fold it to carry.
2. Lay your pattern on fabric and hold it flat with the clear pattern weights.
3. Take your measurements with the self-measuring tape — wrap, cinch, and lock.
4. Cut the Fantastic Elastic to the width your pattern calls for.
